Do students at at New York University’s Moving Image Archiving and Preservation program have their finger on the pulse of moving-image archiving? Next week, they present their end-of-program projects, on topics that range through archiving newsfilm collections, preserving web sites, archiving movie trailers, identifying film stock, projecting archival film, and the effects of copyright on film preservation.
